✅ Week 3: Rhythm Reinforcement (Zoom Call – 30–45 minutes)


This is where we deepen the rhythm.

  • Spot shutdown patterns, perfectionism spirals, or new energy shifts
  • Name what’s consistent — even if it’s not traditional
  • Shift strategy if life hits or capacity changes
