  • Cash Flow & Urgent Priorities: Monitor invoices and urgent follow-ups to keep cash flow moving and priorities on track.
  • Decision-to-Action Execution: Sit in on high-level calls to capture scope, decisions, and timelines — then ensure they turn into action.
